Endoscopic gynecological surgery - diagnostic and operative laparoscopy and hysteroscopy. (Joint organization of the Department of Sterility and Endoscopic Surgery at the Sheynovo Hospital - 1999; joint introduction of the methods of gynecological endoscopy at the St. Sofia Hospital - 2006); tutor at MU - Pleven in gynecological endoscopic surgery.
Human reproduction, incl. reproductive biology and clinical embryology - sperm analysis, classical ‘in vitro’ fertilization, ICSI, blastocyst cultivation, cryopreservation of human gametes, embryos and reproductive tissues, preimplantation genetic diagnostics, stem cells, etc. (The first for Bulgaria children born from cryopreservation of embryos, including the first twins after cryopreservation -1999; one of the first babies born after testicular biopsy and subsequent ICSI);
Reproductive endocrinology (Introduction of recombinant follicle-stimulating drugs in Bulgaria and first pregnancies after COHS with them, 1998; introduction of a flexible protocol with a gonadotropin antagonist in Bulgaria, 2002); introduction of innovative stimulation schemes with corifolitropin alfa.
Ethical and legal aspects of ART: Co-author with experts from the Ministry of Health of the Clinical Standard "Assisted Reproduction" and the regulations of the PA related to this. Participated as an expert in the establishment of the "Assisted Reproduction Fund" and in the preparation of the Regulations for its organization and activities. Participated as an expert in the preparation of the National Reproductive Health Strategy. Participated as an expert in the preparation of the latest version of the clinical standard for hypertension.
